There is a local restaurant where I often eat lunch. Many people are in groups of two or more and normally sit and chat, while waiting on their meals. There are also people who sit alone and they often pick up and read free flyers, available on the counter. I asked the owner if he would mind if I put my newsletter on the counter as well. He had no objection, so last week, I bought a small holder, printed several newsletters and put them out.
Today I stopped in for lunch and was surprised to see the stack was very low. My waitress told me she sees people reading them all the time. Just to help, I also print an AGCO crossword puzzle on the rear. Since I print these up in-house, my cost is nil. I figure one job will pay for several years worth of newsletters.
