The question may not be as silly as it seems. Logic and critical thinking might be applied to arrive at a likely answer. I believe these same skills make for good technical people. Michelangelo however, painted Adam with a belly button. Certainly intelligent, the artist relies largely on a different set of skills. The point is, each profession is easiest when those asked to perform it possess the skills needed.

Critical thinking and logic can be learned, just as painting, composition and creativity. In business however, there is rarely time for such extensive training. Considering the investment a successful business makes in employees, is it not best that those employees are happy with the job? Happiness on the job may well begin with the job interview. When reviewing job applicants, learning to ask a few non-traditional questions might reveal a great deal?
